An integrative approach
The Creative Path provides healing-centred trauma and attachment therapy for individual youth (age 12+) and adults as well as couples. Evidence-based approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Attachment-Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy are tailored to meet the needs and goals of each individual or couple. Whether through words, art, or a combination of both, The Creative Path’s role is to help you to rewrite your story, reconnect with yourself/each other, and move toward a brighter future.
Providing you with a supportive space
All of your in-person appointments take place in a large and private office within our comfortable clinic space. The clinic is a shared space with AC Counselling and Wellness, and complimentary refreshments are available while you wait in our beautiful lobby!
Virtual and phone-counselling sessions are also available, if preferred.
In-person and remote options
The Creative Path Trauma and Wellness Centre is located at 3608 Seminole St. (Unit 3) in Windsor, ON, in a shared space with AC Counselling and Wellness. There is ample parking in a recently repaved parking lot, and we are on the Central 3 bus route.
Can’t make it into the office? No worries - virtual and phone therapy options are also available.
